The Advert
Your property will be displayed as a full page advert detailing all of your properties' important featuresand can include up to three photographs and a link to a location map.
Property management module
By registering you will also be able to utilise a number of features which will help you in your day to day tasks , free of charge. These functions include the ability to allow you to manage your maintenance works, send automatic rent reminders to students and remind yourself when gas certificates are due. New features including contract management, online fault reporting and key management will be available soon.
Photographs
Although not compulsory, photographs do make a huge difference to your advert. All properties require a current gas Gas Safe Register certificate and a completed Gas Declaration form.
